Do I need to hold any inventory?
No. One of the core benefits of our wholesale partner framework is that you do not need to purchase or store physical stock ahead of time. We manage the entire fulfillment warehouse infrastructure. You only pay for products after your end-customer places an order on your store, completely eliminating upfront inventory risk.
Can I use my own branding?
Absolutely. We operate completely behind the scenes as a white-label logistics engine. All customer orders are packed dynamically without our platform’s marketplace credentials. Your customers will interact purely with your storefront identity, allowing you to grow equity in your own brand name seamlessly.
How do I start selling?
Getting started takes only a few minutes through our dedicated Dropship Portal Workspace:
Step 1: Sign Up & Register: Click on the registration portal and fill out your wholesale company profile details.
Step 2: Admin Verification: To protect the integrity of our partner network, our administrative team reviews each registration asset manually before granting access.
Step 3: Connect Your Channel: Log in to your approved dashboard. Please note that we are currently only supporting Daraz Stores.
Step 4: Load and Release Orders: When a customer buys from you, place that order to our portal. Because we operate on a cash-less wholesale blueprint, we require direct payments for fulfillment costs. Simply upload your bank wire confirmation receipt and packaging slip inside your order to release the package straight to processing lines.
How does the shipping work?
Our cross-docking fulfillment operations are split into two seamless phases:
Phase 1: Package Hand-off: The moment you upload your payment proof and the order upgrades to active queues, our warehouse teams immediately pull, quality check, bundle, and securely pack the consignment using your customer parameters. We then handle the logistics of delivering the package directly to the local Daraz Sorting Center.
Phase 2: In-Transit Fulfillment: Once the package is safely scanned into the physical tracking lines at the Daraz center, our local fulfillment duties are complete. From that milestone forward, the in-transit transit timelines, handling metrics, and delivery status updates live entirely between your store credentials and Daraz logistics.
